Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Operations Administrator to manage and optimize the digital infrastructure that powers our AI-enabled cybersecurity platform. This role will be responsible for maintaining a highly secure, scalable, and resilient IT environment across multi-cloud platforms and hybrid server infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will bridge cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) with hybrid infrastructure management (Windows/Linux) while ensuring endpoint security through modern Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure our internal technology environment reflects the innovation and security standards delivered to our global clients.
Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Configure and manage IAM policies, VPC/VNet networking, and high-availability architectures.
- Administer hybrid server environments including Windows Server (Active Directory/Entra ID) and Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS).
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal infrastructure performance.
2. Endpoint Management & MDM Administration
- Manage endpoint devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Administer Mosyle for macOS device management and integration with Apple Business Manager.
- Manage Windows devices, mobile endpoints, and security policies using Microsoft Intune.
- Enforce enterprise security policies including MFA, encryption, and patch management.
- Automate device provisioning, onboarding, and software deployment processes.
3. Infrastructure Optimization & Strategic Improvements
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement next-generation IT tools and infrastructure improvements.
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.
- Continuously assess new technologies in AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.
- Recommend infrastructure improvements aligned with the company's technology roadmap.
4. IT Operations & Asset Management
- Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware assets and software licenses.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory, procurement records, and license tracking.
- Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support and escalation management.
- Ensure IT operations comply with security standards and regulatory requirements such as the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 48 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud operations.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, and Linux environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Mosyle, or other MDM solutions.
- Knowledge of network security, IAM, encryption, MFA, and patch management.
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure infrastructure design.
- Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Exposure to AI infrastructure environments or high-performance computing workloads.
