We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ESG IT Support / Business Support Analyst to support our client applications in post-production in driving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or final semester students to gain hands-on experience in sustainability reporting, data analysis, and digital transformation projects.
About the Role
This role involves providing first-level investigation and troubleshooting, acting as a key bridge between business users and technical teams. You will be responsible for managing incoming tickets from users, performing initial diagnosis, and translating issues into clear problem statements for technical resolution. The role includes handling incident management, defect tracking, and escalation follow-ups. In addition, you will support UAT testing and enhancement activities, working closely with QA and BA teams during post-production phases. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to connect information, think critically, and propose quick fixes or workarounds for users. A willingness to learn is essential, as you will gain exposure to application knowledge, ESG domain concepts, and regulatory requirements.
