Academic requirements & skills
Strong expertise in Java and related frameworks: / Spring / Spring batch /Hibernate / SPingboot
Significant experience on API management platform (Knowledge of WSO2 is a plus)
Significant experience on seucirty OAUTH and OpenID protocols.
Familiarity with application Servers: Websphere and Jboss
Good abilities with DEVOPS tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes and in Infra as code (Terraform, Helm)
Azure Cloud knowledge is a plus.
Required Soft Skills:
Autonomy, proactivity, listening and advising are soft skills that we will be vigilant on.
Main responsibilities:
Define and Ensure standards (API governance, java best practices, middleware configurations) are applied.
Provide expertise on performance tuning for Java applications and middleware platforms including memory management and garbage collection strategies.
Train and mentor developers. Support code reviews when necessary.
Troubleshoot expert: Act as the top tier escalation point for complex technical issues related to API management, java or application server performance.
