Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract IT and technical professionals through multiple job portals/sources.

Candidate Assessment: Review CV, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate both technical expertise and cultural alignment.

Hiring Partnership: Work closely with IT managers and department heads to define hiring needs and select the best-fit candidates.

Pipeline Development and awareness: Maintain and nurture a network of qualified candidates to support current and future technical recruitment needs.

Recruitment Analytics: Monitor and report on recruitment effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to local labor regulations, data protection standards, and internal company policies during the hiring process.

Applicant Experience: Ensure candidates receive a professional, transparent, and engaging experience throughout all stages of recruitment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HR teams and business leaders across APAC to deliver timely recruitment solutions.

Market Awareness: Keep updated on IT recruitment practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to enhance overall hiring outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Minimum of 3 years experience in IT/technical recruitment, preferably with regional exposure in APAC

Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable, as the role involves frequent communication with overseas clients.
