We are looking for an experienced IT Workplace Support (WPS) professional to provide end-to-end IT support for end-user computing environments. This role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations, high user satisfaction, and compliance with IT security and service standards.
The role acts as a key point of contact between end users, infrastructure teams, and vendors, supporting workplace technologies and driving continuous service improvement.
What You Will Do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end-user issues
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and RF scanners
- Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications
- Manage IT incidents and service requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Ensure SLA compliance and proper ticket documentation
- Support IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, tracking, disposal)
- Maintain accurate asset and CMDB records
- Install, configure, and upgrade end-user devices
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues
- Support Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and meeting room systems
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and endpoint protection standards
- Escalate and report security incidents when required
- Support office IT setup, refresh projects, and migration activities
- Work with vendors for maintenance and service delivery
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to improve service delivery
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support / workplace support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- ITIL certification
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365, Windows, or related)
- Experience supporting enterprise or manufacturing environments
- Willingness to work on a 12-hour rotational shift schedule
