Job Title: Iteration Manager
Type: Contract (Until 18 Dec 2026)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Role Overview:
Enable predictable delivery and continuous improvement across agile squads. Partnering with the Product Manager and Tech Lead, the Iteration Manager supports planning, delivery, dependency management, and visibility of outcomes, risks, and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support squads to plan and deliver iterations predictably, balancing capacity and commitments
- Facilitate effective agile ceremonies with a focus on delivery outcomes
- Translate annual initiatives into clear, achievable iteration plans
- Identify and manage delivery risks and cross-team dependencies
- Coordinate timelines and hand-offs with external teams when required
- Drive continuous improvement using Agile Maturity Assessment insights
- Coach teams on flow, predictability, ownership, and learning
- Improve transparency and delivery tracking using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to enable successful delivery
- Foster psychological safety and a coaching-led delivery culture

- Work consistently visible and understandable in delivery tools
Key Requirements:
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
- Hands-on delivery or project management experience
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools
- Ability to influence without formal authority

- Not a ceremony-only Scrum Master
- Not a delivery administrator or status reporter
