  • Analyze and develop technology-driven business solutions to improve efficiency
  • Translate medium to large-scale and complex requirements into tailored solutions
  • Apply best practices, contribute to thought leadership, and serve as a subject matter expert to enhance marketplace reputation

  • ITIL and ITSM Expertise:

  • A comprehensive understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles is essential.
  • Prior hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Level 1 support is highly preferred, as it aligns with foundational ticket management and operations based on ITSM standards.
  • ITIL certification will be viewed as a valuable complement to these qualifications.

  • Life Science Experience (CSV):

  • Prior experience in the Life Sciences domain, particularly with Computer System Validation (CSV), is essential to understand industry regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Ownership, Adaptability, and Commitment:

  • A zeal to learn and grow in their role, building expertise over time
  • A high degree of adaptability to embrace new challenges and changing priorities
  • A strong commitment to deliver quality work, meeting deadlines, and project objectives.

  • Effective Communication:

  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • The candidate must collaborate effectively across different teams and provide clear updates on project statuses and send communications to stack holders.

  • Preferred Qualification Level and work timings:

  • The primary work hours will be between 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM (a mix of general and Shift B timings).
  • Additionally, there will be a rotational night shift once a month from 1:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

  • Technical Skills (Good to have):

  • While we expect familiarity with basic technical concepts, individuals with knowledge in the following areas will capably meet the demands of this role:
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud (good to have)
  • Integration Tools: Experience with tools such as MuleSoft is beneficial
  • Advanced Aveva OSIsoft PI proficiency (preferred)
