Providing comprehensive nursing care for patients by providing supportive care, collaborating with other healthcare providers/services, and navigating the total care of patients from admission to discharge. The Nurse must exhibit professional and evidence-based practices.
Job Description:
- Apply an integration of nursing theory, clinical and evidence-based practices in providing holistic care for patients and their families, visitors.
Formulate, implement and document a holistic plan of nursing care that is communicated and clarified with the patient / family.
- Document patient history, physical examination data, nursing care plan and interventions and the patients responses in the medical record in a timely manner in accordance with nursing standard operating procedures (SOP).
Demonstrate excellent communication skills during all phases of the therapeutic relationship.- Create a positive environment by listening and offering support and always maintaining confidentiality.
Job Requirements:- Diploma in Nursing: Minimum 1 year of working experience as Staff Nurse in a hospital or similar setting. Fresh graduates who graduated with Diploma in Nursing is encouraged to apply.
Have a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Preferably candidate who already attended training by IKN.
Preferably staff nurse from different specialties (OT/ Radiology/ Oncology/ Ward/ Emergency Department/ Endoscopy/ ICU)
