#SEAtongue is looking for Japanese Account Manager to join our growing localization team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong client-management skills with Japanese language expertise and a solid understanding of localization workflows
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with Japanese-speaking clients
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinate internally with operations, production, and QA teams.
- Handle quotations, project follow-ups, and client feedback
- Support business growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure high client satisfaction through quality, delivery, and responsiveness
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Japanese and English languages ( (JLPT N1 preferred)
- Experience in account management, customer success, or localization is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tight timelines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be based in Japan.
