Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary: RM 9000
Shift: 9 AM – 5 PM
We are hiring Japanese or Malaysian nationals with strong Japanese language proficiency (Kanji) and JLPT N1/N2 certification for a global customer support process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls
• Provide timely and accurate issue resolution
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
Requirements:
• Strong Japanese & English communication skills
• Customer service/BPO experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
