Job Description

Hiring: Japanese Customer Support Specialist | Cyberjaya, Malaysia

We are currently hiring for the position of Japanese Customer Support Specialist with a leading global organization based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Salary: RM 11,000 per month

Visa Sponsorship: Available (Open for Expats)

Key Requirements:

• Native Japanese Speaker or JLPT N1 Certified

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese

• Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory

• English proficiency is not required

• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia
