Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming service tickets (written in Japanese), summarise in English and escalate to Level 2 teams (cloud / cybersecurity support specialist teams).
- After support specialist teams have done analysis / investigation / problem fixing, get their updates in English, update tickets in Japanese, for client review and acceptance.
- Support drafting various reports for clients in Japanese, English or both (e.g., monthly service report, project completion report, training completion report, etc).
- Conducting or supporting basic training in Japanese, English or both (e.g., cybersecurity awareness training, phishing training etc).
- Interpreting verbal conversations between Japanese and English in online and physical meetings.
- Translating various documents between Japanese and English (e.g., proposal, project plan, design documents, test documents etc).
Requirements:
- Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Has the ability to manage and execute detailed-oriented tasks efficiently.
- Has good communication and organizational skills.
- Has the intermediate / advanced Excel skills (e.g., abilities to create tables, charts, graphs etc).
- Has proficiencies in both Japanese (N1/N2) and English languages.
