Role Description
We are seeking an IT Support Executive Japanese Speaking to join our Global Support Center. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. The role involves providing first-level IT support, handling technical inquiries, monitoring incidents, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The successful candidate will ensure timely issue resolution and deliver consistent support to customers, primarily in Japanese, while also communicating effectively in English.
