Role Description

We are seeking an IT Support Executive Japanese Speaking to join our Global Support Center. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. The role involves providing first-level IT support, handling technical inquiries, monitoring incidents, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The successful candidate will ensure timely issue resolution and deliver consistent support to customers, primarily in Japanese, while also communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese
  • English proficiency at conversational to business level
  • Experience or knowledge in IT support, service desk, or technical support
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and incident analysis
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira) is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Computer literate, with basic PC operation skills
  • Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts (34 working days per week)
  • Open to overseas employment in Malaysia
  • Prior IT support experience is advantageous but not mandatory
