Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Japanese Restaurant Manager. The role involves managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing a high standard of food and beverage quality. Key responsibilities include leading and supervising staff, handling customer complaints effectively, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, managing budgets, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. The position requires balancing operational efficiency and team motivation to meet and exceed performance goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a memorable dining experienc
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with guests & team members
- Solid knowledge and experience in Japanese Food & Beverage operations and management
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment in a dynamic and energetic team
- Fluency in Japanese is an advantage
- Prior experience in managing or working at a Japanese restaurant is highly beneficial
