Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Japanese and English. Troubleshoot technical issues with accounts, orders, or payments and guide customers through resolutions.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in Japanese promptly and professionally.
  • Social Media Strategy Support: Assist in crafting posts, campaigns, and responses tailored to Japanese audiences. Help increase brand awareness through active engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Education Background: Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Have customer service more preferred but not essential.
  • Must fluent in English & Japanese (Able to speak, write and read). Japanese language is a MUST.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Must willing relocate in Penang Area.
  • Willing work in Rotational Shift (MON-SUN;7.00am-8.00pm) - 9 hour/shift.
