Japanese-Speaking Customer Support / Sales & Quality Assistant
Job Description:
As a Japanese speaker, you will be responsible for customer support, sales assistance, and quality support tasks. You will act as a bridge between Japanese customers and in-house Japanese staff. Depending on your skills and experience, you will handle the following responsibilities:
Customer Support / Contact Point
Serve as the main point of contact for Japanese-speaking customers and in-house Japanese staff
Handle communications via phone, email, and documents
Respond to inquiries and resolve basic issues
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
Prepare quotations, process orders, and support customer communications
Facilitate Japanese-language communication with customers
Quality Support / QA Assistance
Support quality-related tasks in manufacturing and production
Coordinate specifications with overseas headquarters or customers in Japanese
Perform data entry and prepare reports
Other tasks as assigned
MUST TO HAVE:
-Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above, business-level usage required)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience (Japanese language experience not required)
