This is a full-time on-site role based in Malaysia for a Japanese-Speaking Customer Support Specialist. The specialist will provide outstanding customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of inquiries. Key tasks include addressing client issues, delivering technical support, and providing tailored assistance in Japanese. The role requires collaborating with team members to analyze customer feedback and enhance service quality.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship building
• Technical Support experience to address product- or service-related issues confidently
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written) and fluency in English
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is desirable
