-Provide interpretation and translation support while accompanying the Japanese expats
-Provide secretarial support to Japanese expats such as business trip coordination and expense reimbursement
-Occasional travel to another office location in KL Sentral under business requirement
-Support communication in Japanese, Malay, and English between local members & Japanese expats
-Assist the HR/ADMIN team with various back-office administrations
MUST TO HAVE:
-More than daily communication level of Japanese fluency to assist Japanese/English translation and interpretation
-Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including internal team members at all levels and Japan HQ
-Strong attention to details to facilitate the administrative tasks with high accuracy
