Java Analyst Programmer (1 Year Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and systems.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Perform coding, debugging, unit testing, and system integration testing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production incidents.

- Participate in system enhancement, maintenance, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Project requirements.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.

- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in Java application development.

- Candidates who are able to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin are highly preferred to support business and stakeholder communication.

- Strong programming skills in Java and experience with object-oriented programming concepts.

- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, or related technologies is an advantage.

- Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server).

- Experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, and application support.

- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
