Java Developer

Position Description:

A Java Developer in the card payments domain is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Java based applications that support the processing and management of card payments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and develop new features for card payment systems
. Utilize Java, J2EE, and related technologies to implement card payment solutions
. Participate in code reviews to ensure that all solutions are of high quality
. Troubleshoot and debug any issues arise in production
. Work with other developers, integration team, operation team and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects
. Continuously improve software development processes and practices
. Stay up to date with the latest developments in the card payments industry ( such as ITIL , Agile , PCI DSS )
. AI & Advanced Programming where the candidate has an experience/exposure to AI technologies, tools and techniques to enhance programing/coding coverage and efficiency will be a plus.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Around 4 years experienced in Programming Java/J2EE (Java 8 or higher), J2EE and related technologies
. Strong problem solving and debugging skills
. Experience with databases (SQL)
. Demonstrated experience in enterprise security practices
. Strong communication and teamwork skills
. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
. Certifications in Java, J2EE, and card payments domain is value added
. Exposure to AI technologies in testing (e.g., AI based secure code generation, anomaly code issue detection).
