About your new role!

Analyze and assess user or client's needs to find the most suitable solution for them

Design, develop and maintain application system with backend integration.

Providing support to maintain the production instances (fine-tuning performance and troubleshooting of JVM)

Continue to bring new development techniques to the Digital team.

Excellent problem solving skills to provide solution on technical problems.

Day-to-day liaison with other team members, bearing responsibility for ensuring that timings are met and those other developers are adhering to briefed requirements.

Ability to work in a variety of client settings and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

What we'd love to see from you:

Having interest to understand and willing to explore standard development of websites (optimization of webpage performance, functionality to support load

balancing)

Experience on development experience in AEM ver. 6.4 and above is a plus.

Experience on Sling Framework, Apache Sling, JCR, Felix, Maven, OSGI services, Workflow, Scheduler, Xpath Query , Replication , Rollout is a plus

Experience with cross-browser development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.

Experience with JavaScript technology - including libraries and frameworks (JQuery/ Angular JS) and build tools is a plus

In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF or Spring MVC or Spring Boot

Experience in MS SQL or any other database platforms

Basic Database schema design and implementation skills (transactional, normalization, etc)

Understand and experience with web services and REST API

Experience with maintaining and fine-tuning JVM on production servers in Linux environment is a plus

CMS integration and development

Advanced knowledge in object-oriented programming in Java/JSP is a must.

Qualifications and Experience

3-5 years of experience as a Java Specialist or similar role.

Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications

Able to adapt to previously established technologies and platforms into proposed new technologies

Ability to work within a collaborative team environment and focus on overall productivity

Excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical

audiences.
