We are seeking a Java Developer to join a high-performing technical team focused on developing enterprise-grade applications for financial, banking, CRM, and collections/recovery systems. This role involves hands-on coding, technical design, and problem-solving within distributed application environments. Ideal for candidates with experience in Java, SQL, XML, and web programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using SQL, XML, JSON, and related technologies.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle from user requirements, technical design, coding, to testing.
- Contribute to multi-tier distributed applications and GUI solutions.
- Collaborate with a small, focused team of 46 developers to deliver cohesive software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and support existing implementations, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports as required.
- Occasionally travel regionally for project-related activities.
Qualifications
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in Java development and familiarity with SQL, XML, JSON.
- Experience in Application Development for financial, ERP, CRM, collections, or banking systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and web programming preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to work onsite in Kota Damansara and assigned project sites.
