Java Developer (Thunderhead)​(3-6+ yrs)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Thunderhead platform.
• Integrate and customize Jasper and Sisense reporting/analytics tools to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions across LifeAsia, Life400, and Life Integral systems.
• Write and optimize MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data management and reporting.
• Work closely with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support deployment and post-production maintenance activities.
• Work with DXC systems and ensure smooth interfacing with insurance platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong working knowledge of Thunderhead document automation.
• Experience with Jasper and Sisense for reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency with LifeAsia, Life400, and Life Integral insurance systems.
• Solid experience in MS SQL (queries, optimization, stored procedures).
• Exposure to DXC insurance systems and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
