Summary:

We are seeking a Java Developer to design, develop, test, and support software solutions. The role involves coding, debugging, and assisting in the analysis and documentation of system requirements. You will work closely with teams to enhance existing systems and contribute to new development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, debug, and document Java-based applications.

Support the enhancement and maintenance of internal systems or client-facing applications.

Analyze existing systems and assist in defining modifications to meet evolving business needs.

Create and update technical documentation, including program specifications and user guides.

Participate in unit testing by preparing test data, executing test cases, and verifying results.

Conduct basic data analysis to support project requirements.

Collaborate with peers in code reviews and quality assurance activities.

Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 4 years of Java programming experience.

Knowledge and experience of relational databases (e.g., SQL).

Exposure to software development tools and version control systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred with Insurance Industry knowledge.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
