• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
• Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
