As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in working on our flagship Digital Asset Management product. This product is used by global companies to manage digital assets such as images, videos, logos, audio, and artwork. Your focus will be on adding new features, improving existing functionality, and maintaining a high-quality codebase to ensure our web-based applications meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Our technology stack is primarily built with Java and AngularJS, but we are always open to using the best tools and technologies available. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of languages, libraries, and frameworks as part of your day-to-day work.

We are passionate about user experience, and our applications stand out for their simplicity and ease of use. You'll need to maintain a balance between speed, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a diverse team of developers, visual designers, and engineers (including our Dutch Engineering team).
• Apply best coding practices that align with industry standards.
• Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of existing software.
• Build applications that serve large international clients.
• Continuously enhance the user experience of our applications.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programming languages and tools.
• Proven ability to work independently within a small, multidisciplinary team.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like AngularJS.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Proficient in source code management using Git or GitHub.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Advantageous:

• Experience with Continuous Deployment.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of Docker.
• Contributions to open source software.
