Java Full Stack Developer

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS. Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems
• Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define and implement software architecture. Design system components and services to meet functional and non-functional requirements
• AWS Integration: Utilize AWS services and tools to deploy, monitor, and scale applications. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers. Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to both front-end and back-end systems. Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers. Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in full stack development with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and ReactJS
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus

Technical Skills

• Back-End: Proficient in Java and Spring Boot. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Front-End: Expertise in ReactJS, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and modern front-end build tools
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation
• Database: Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
