Java Team Lead

To lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare

systems, while managing a team of developers to ensure timely project delivery, system reliability,

and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

1. Lead system architecture design and development using Java Spring Boot 3.1 and NextJS to

ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

2. Provide technical leadership, including code reviews, solutions design, and enforcement of

development standards and best practices.

3. Manage, mentor, and coach team members, including performance monitoring, guidance, and

capability development.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them

into technical specifications and solutions.

5. Plan, manage, and monitor sprint activities, ensuring project timelines, scope, and quality

standards are achieved.

6. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture with strong emphasis on

security and performance.

7. Ensure frontend applications are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with UI/UX standards.

8. Oversee database design, optimisation, and performance tuning for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

9. Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployment, and system

monitoring.

10. Troubleshoot system issues, manage incident resolution, and ensure system uptime and

reliability.

11. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
