Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality full stack applications
Build responsive and intuitive UI using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Develop robust backend services using Java / Spring Boot
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and unit testing
Contribute to Agile/Scrum processes
Required Skills
6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
Strong frontend expertise: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Solid knowledge of REST APIs and backend integrations
Experience with version control (Git)
Good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
