We are looking for a hands-on and well-rounded Project Development Manager to lead projects from the early planning stage through implementation and delivery.
This role is suitable for candidates from either:
- Civil Engineering background
- Architecture background
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, design coordination, authority submissions, and overall development strategy
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Manage project implementation timeline, cost, quality, and progress
- Monitor project delivery from pre-development to completion
- Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements
- Support feasibility studies, tender processes, and project execution planning
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in property development or construction environment
- Strong understanding of development process, design coordination, and project execution
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple project phases independently
- Preferred Experience
- High-rise residential / mixed development / commercial projects
- Exposure to both planning and site implementation phases
- Familiar with local authority submission process
