Job Responsibilities
- Rollouts of new merger and acquisition in JD Edwards E1 9.2 Software for Bureau Veritas group.
- Go live support for JD Edwards E1 9.2 Software specialized in Sales and Distribution module.
- Knowledge in Time and Expense module is required.
- Provide JDE support for JD Edwards E1 9.2 Software for Bureau Veritas group JDE users.
- Provide JDE month end closing process support during the financial closing each month.
- Investigate, troubleshoot on JDE production sales and distribution/integration issues (queries, data analysis etc.) and work with the Business to fix the root cause.
- Deep analysis of issues and escalation of technical issues on functional (projects people who validate technical evolutions) and maintenance teams.
- Create/update documents for support activities with respect to business processes if needed.
- Participate and contribute on the analysis, design and value addition activities in the system.
Job Requirements
Level of skills required to ensure the quality of the Job:
- Technical skills
- At least 7 years of JD Edwards ERP experience
- Good knowledge of JD Edwards Sales and Distribution module.
- JD Edwards S&D module implementation experience.
- Functional specifications writing for local changes and interfaces.
- Good knowledge in SQL
