Job Responsibilities:
Manufacturing & Product Engineering Track
- Improve products, processes, and components to meet technical and business goals.
- Support product and process design for cost, manufacturability, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with teams across R&D, procurement, and technical services to sustain and enhance products.
- Participate in transitioning products from prototype to volume production.
- Manage product data such as BOMs and routings; work with suppliers to meet quality and delivery targets.
R&D Hardware Engineering Track
- Design and develop components, systems, and processes using broad engineering concepts.
- Solve complex design challenges and contribute to product innovation.
- Document research outcomes and support the transition of designs into production.
- May lead or support feature development and integration across teams.
R&D Software Engineering Track
- Design, develop, and maintain software for test and measurement solutions, instruments, or systems.
- Collaborate closely with hardware and systems engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Apply software engineering best practices in coding, testing, debugging, and continuous integration.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, design reviews, and software performance optimization.
- Stay current with evolving technologies and drive innovation within the software development lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
