Tapway is redefining how physical spaces operate using AI Vision and Big Data. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in developing, supporting, or delivering solutions that run across edge devices, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise environments.

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and basic troubleshooting
  • Support cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance
  • Assist with automation scripts and configuration management
  • Work with developers to ensure smooth releases and integrations
  • Help maintain system security, backups, and documentation

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware equipment such as CCTV cameras, IoT sensors, networking devices, and servers at project sites.
  • Perform structured cabling, power setup, and equipment mounting.
  • Ensure installations comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning after installation.
  • Assist in integrating AI Vision systems with existing client infrastructure.
  • Verify system stability, connectivity, and performance before handover.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for deployed systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and rectification works.
  • Diagnose hardware, network, and basic software issues.
  • Support Project Managers in site coordination and progress updates.
  • Prepare basic technical reports, checklists, and as-built documentation.
  • Maintain proper records of equipment, tools, and site activities.
  • Comply with workplace safety procedures and site regulations.
  • Ensure all tools and installations meet company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, Networking, or related fields.
  • Willingness to perform site-based work and travel as required.
  • Possessing your own transport is an advantage.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills with customers and internal teams.

Basic hands-on knowledge of:

  • CCTV systems, IP cameras, and NVR/DVR
  • Networking (LAN, cabling, switches, routers)
  • Computer hardware and operating systems
