Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Product Manager located in Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Junior Product Manager will assist in product development, oversee product lifecycle processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market analysis, gathering user feedback, prioritizing features, and collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into product specifications. The candidate will also monitor product performance and contribute to improving user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Design, or Agile Development
• Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Requirement Gathering
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and adaptability
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with Govtech or Fintech solutions is an advantage
