Job Responsibility
- Responsible for daily accounting activities and transaction SST, invoice billing, payment voucher etc
- Prepare monthly closing accounts and report (monthly financial statement) for timely submission to management.
- To handle full set accounts, balance sheet, profit & loss, consolidation and cash flow management.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, tax agent, company secretary and external auditor when required pertaining to accounts.
- To ensure compliance with SST rules & regulations and submission of SST return.
- Monitor payables to suppliers.
- To monitor and prepare Daily Cumulative Sales report and to check and verify Daily sales Report, Bank In Slip and others submitted by all outlets operated under the company.
- Any others ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior or Management.
- Maintaining financial record
(a) Update daily sales in sales collection on report & monthly sales report for outlets.
(b) Assist to reconcile credit/debit card, E-Wallet sales and delivery sales for all outlets.
- Request & collect Invoices from another department
- Monitoring all the invoices for utilities and rental by outlet
- Sales submission to mall.
- Assist to prepare stock closing report.
- Assist in audit-related documentation
- Assist in any other accounting duties for the department, as assigned.
- Able to perform multi-task, and assist in ad-hoc duties by head department
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or any Accounting Professional qualification(CIMA/MACPA/ACCA/CPA) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Food and Beverage or equivalent.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and financial application software.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess hands-on experience in the preparation of statutory accounts, with good working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards(FRS).
- Good analytical skills, able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
