Job Responsibilities
-Handle full set of accounts, including cash flow projection and management reporting.
-Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
-Oversee daily collections, treasury, and banking activities to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
-Maintain and reconcile petty cash and process employee expense claims.
-Support inventory monitoring, sales order processing, purchasing activities, and budget control.
-Prepare accounting schedules and assist with month-end closing activities.
-Assist in ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
-Degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task effectively.
-Proactive, committed, and eager to learn, with minimal supervision.
-Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
-Immediate joiner or 1-month notice period preferred.
