Job Purpose
The Junior Administrator will support the organization in preparing proposals for government and non-government projects, applying for grants to fund company initiatives, and assisting in the development of presentations and related materials. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit proposals for government and non-government projects.
- Research and apply for grants to support company initiatives.
- Assist in creating and reviewing slides and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for proposals and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and requirements for grant applications and project proposals.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fast learner with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
