Position: Junior & Senior Data Analyst

We are currently seeking both senior and junior data analysts. Successful candidates will be part of our 3-year Data Development Program, honing their data analyst skills while providing data analytics solutions for our mid-size to enterprise clients.

Data Analysis & Visualization
- Dashboard Development: Design and build high-impact dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, prioritizing clean data visualization.
- Insight Generation: Apply analytical frameworks to extract actionable business insights from diverse datasets.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct custom deep-dives to solve specific business problems or use cases.
- Technical Growth: Proactively learn and integrate the latest data analytics technologies and frameworks.
- BI Review: Audit dashboards for structure, design, and data accuracy before stakeholder delivery.
Stakeholder Management & Presentation
- Communication Lead: Draft client replies and act as the primary bridge between stakeholders and internal teams.
- Data Storytelling: Present complex data findings and insights clearly to both internal and external audiences.
- Expectation Management: Relay job requests to the team and keep stakeholders informed of delivery timelines.
Operations & Project Tracking
- Project Oversight: Monitor milestones, scope, and deadlines across all active projects to ensure on-time delivery.
- Workflow Management: Log tasks in the operations system and provide daily status summaries to the Ops Lead.
- Team Accountability: Remind members of upcoming deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables and timesheets.
Data Analysts can pursue two primary paths:
- Technical: Focusing on data processing, BI dashboard design, and data insight extraction.
- Client Facing: Focusing on client-facing project management and BI strategy, while remaining hands-on with analytical tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- 0 - 5 years of work experience.
- Preferably specialized in data analytics or equivalent.
- Systematic and result oriented work style, capability for multitasking job. Self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Have strong analytical, mathematical and problem solving skills.
- Skills and experience in data analytics software and technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Quicksight, Looker Studio.
