Our client is looking for a Junior Art Director with exceptional taste. They are building a new kind of health company—one that sits at the intersection of science, culture, design, and everyday life. Their products are evidence-led, but they shouldn't look like they came from a laboratory; they should feel considered, modern, and desirable.
The Junior Art Director will help shape that world across social, digital, packaging, and brand touchpoints, working closely with the creative and brand team to turn ideas into beautiful, intelligent visual experiences.
What You'll Do
- Develop visual concepts and creative directions across digital, social, and physical touchpoints.
- Design social content that feels editorial, contemporary, and culturally relevant.
- Bring ideas to life across social media, digital campaigns, websites, and email.
- Design and evolve packaging across boxes, bottles, sachets, and other physical products.
- Help develop landing pages, web experiences, and digital brand systems.
- Create presentation decks, campaign assets, and brand materials as needed.
- Work with photography, typography, color, layout, motion, and AI tools to create polished visual work.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, founders, developers, and external partners.
- Maintain a high level of craft and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Help build and refine the visual language of a growing brand.

- An understanding of how to translate complex or scientific concepts into accessible, high-end visual executions.

- Experience working with premium, fashion, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or healthcare brands.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.
- An interest in health, science, performance, or longevity.
