Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and conduct feasibility studies + ROI analysis.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and work with RPA developers on Process Definition Documents (PDD) .
- Support UAT, user training, and deployment handover.
- Provide continuous improvement suggestions to optimise existing automations.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Business Analyst.
- Strong process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin/Malay a plus).
- Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with UiPath, Laiye, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- RPA certifications (UiPath BA, Blue Prism Foundation, Laiye BA).
- Consulting or client-facing project experience.
