The role of Junior Brand Manager is to support the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and brand equity. At the same time, work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and innovations to life.
Key Responsibilities- Brand & Campaign Execution
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, on-ground).
- Support the delivery of annual brand plans and key activations.
- Ensure strong in-market execution and ROI optimisation.
- Consumer & Market Insights
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for campaigns and innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver campaigns seamlessly.
- Innovation & Projects
- Support product launches and innovation pipelines.
- Track project timelines and ensure smooth execution across stakeholders.
- Budget & Performance Tracking
- Monitor marketing spend and track effectiveness of campaigns.
- Support reporting on brand performance and key KPIs.
Key Requirement
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent with 3 – 5 years marketing experience in FMCG, creative or lifestyle industries, including promotions, innovation, activations and brand planning.
- Strong communication, persuasive and has problem solving skills
- Resourceful, meticulous and possess strong analytical skills
