Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying or a related field, or equivalent Professional Certificates.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; the ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with CPBS101, CIS 7:2021, and MS Office.
- Possess own transportation with a valid driving license (B/B2 or D).
- Able to work in Johor Bahru and across the Johor area, with flexibility to cover other regions when required. Occasional office visits may be necessary.
- Willing to travel for outstation assignments.
- Demonstrates dedication, eagerness to learn, responsibility, discipline, a positive attitude, and punctuality.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
- Proficient in computer usage and common software applications.
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:- Conduct property inspections under various conditions to ensure compliance, identifying both internal and external defects.
- Perform detailed building inspections and surveys according to required standards.
- Prepare comprehensive Building Condition Assessment reports (if needed).
- Assess all components of a property, identify defects, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues throughout the inspection process.
- Travel to assigned locations as required for inspection duties.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
