What You'll Do:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal teams
- Use ready platform to configure and implement CRM solutions (no coding required!)
- Support change requests and troubleshoot existing solutions
- Collaborate with developers and clients to optimize business workflows
- Build simple automations and reports using Python, HTML/CSS, and Excel where needed

- Basic knowledge of Python, HTML/CSS, and Excel Pivot Tables
- Interest in business process automation and no-code/low-code platforms

Salary Range:
RM2,800 RM4,000 per month
