Position Title: Junior Business Analyst

Role Purpose
The Junior Business Analyst will support the Trade Marketing Manager by analysing data, generating insights, and preparing reports related to sales performance, trade activities, promotions, and channel trends. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a career in commercial and trade marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Support in compiling, cleaning, and analysing sales, market, and promotional data across channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards for the Trade Marketing Manager.
- Monitor trade program results, ROI, and in-store performance metrics.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Operational Support
- Assist in preparing reports for trade campaigns, visibility programs, and merchandising performance.
- Support the creation of channel presentations, business reviews, and planning decks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to gather and validate data.
Process & Project Support
- Help maintain database accuracy for products, promotions, and channel information.
- Assist in coordinating trade materials, POSM tracking, and inventory monitoring.
- Provide administrative support for trade marketing operations as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with numbers, interpret data, and present insights clearly.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
