Job Title: Business Development Associate

About The Role
We are looking for highly driven and ambitious fresh graduates or early-career professionals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate, you will handle the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outbound outreach, to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships for KitaHQ, our AI Interviewer product. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in sales while working with cutting-edge AI technology.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound lead generation to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Present and pitch KitaHQ to prospective clients in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closing.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure product adoption and customer success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of work experience.
- Strong academic background: graduate from a top university or GPA 3.5.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English is highly prefered
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about sales and AI products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
