About the Role
We are looking for acreative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Content Creatorto join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands current digital trends, and can create engaging content that connects with our audience and strengthens our brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Support the execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and interact with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visual and written content.
- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or a related area (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar).
- Strong written and visual communication skills with attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with a good sense of current trends and online culture.
- Able to work at Seksyen 34 & Seksyen 25 Shah Alam.
