We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual Junior Creative Strategist to join our team in developing impactful strategies and proposals for our clients. You will work closely with the BD team to translate client briefs into compelling concepts, conduct research on industry and social media trends, and create high-quality presentations that bring ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone curious about people and brands, imaginative in their thinking, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative advertising environment.
Responsibilities:
- To work with BD team to develop detailed & meaningful creative strategies.
- Distil client briefs, conduct research and analysis to develop creative concepts, plans and proposals to address client's needs.
- To build presentations and develop ideas based on industry trends.
- Continue to develop and maintain a strong understanding of primary social media platforms and the latest social/influencer trends.
- To create high-impact presentations and reports that clearly articulate the critical aspects of the campaigns.
- To communicate clearly and defend the rationale behind the recommended strategy and creative concepts.
- To contribute insights that provide strategic creative context and elevate the team's creative work.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage high volumes of work & present concepts and ideas to clients well.
- Detail-oriented: You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce high-quality work that meets company standards and perform well under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to present to our clients and communicate with your teammates effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Create high-impact presentations and reports that clearly articulate the critical aspects of the campaigns.
- Must be fluent in English (Professional/Native).
