Job Scope
We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Creative Designer to join our team and kick off their creative career. This role is ideal for an emerging designer who is eager to build their skillset, sharpen their creative eye, and contribute to impactful brand storytelling in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Reporting directly to the Creative Lead, you'll work closely with marketing and cross-functional partners to design a wide range of brand, program, and campaign assets. You'll develop your creative, communication, and time-management skills while helping bring our global brand to life across digital platforms, campaigns, and internal initiatives.
This is a 6-month contract role.
Essential Functions
- Create engaging visual content for use across digital platforms, including email marketing, social media, and web
- Produce high-quality design assets in response to internal stakeholder briefs and creative requests
- Assist with resizing, formatting, and adapting assets across platforms while maintaining design integrity
- Apply and maintain brand standards consistently across all creative executions
- Support the expansion, organization, and maintenance of the global brand asset library
- Collaborate with marketing and creative team members to brainstorm and develop concepts for campaigns and initiatives
- Design presentations and visual materials to support marketing, brand, and internal communications needs
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate designs to achieve creative excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer or in a comparable creative role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual design skills, and attention to detail
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; experience with Figma is a plus
- Basic familiarity with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
- Experience designing presentations using Google Slides or similar tools
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals and visual storytelling principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects
- Proactive communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional partners
- Self-driven and curious, with a clear interest in learning, growing, and expanding creative skillsets
- Adaptable, resilient, positive, and collaborative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
