We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our client as a Customer Service Executive (Junior), based at Mercu KL Eco City,accessible via LRT Abdullah Hukum !
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience (internship experience acceptable)
Background in insurance, preferably life insurance
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer service and support to clients
Handle inquiries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
