Role Description The Junior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time hybrid position based in Petaling Jaya, with some flexibility to work from home. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including administering payroll processes, maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with HR reporting and compliance. The individual will help coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives, while supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. They will also assist in handling employee inquiries, supporting performance management processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery. The role requires a proactive and organized approach, with attention to detail and a commitment to confidential and ethical handling of HR information.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR functions and contribute to people-related initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to manage HR processes, documentation, and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to handle employee queries professionally, support engagement activities, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office or HR-related systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and adapt to a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.
